Wagyu Stuffed Pockets

1 pound Lone Mountain 100% Wagyu Ground Beef
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chile powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ cup frozen peas
½ cup potatoes, cooked and diced small
1 can pizza crust, cut into 4 sections


1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place beef in large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix well.

2. Heat skillet over medium heat. Place meat mixture in skillet and break up and cook until done. Toss in peas and potatoes and cook until heated through.

3. Layout pizza crust on a pizza pan or cookie sheet and cut diagonally into 4 sections. Brush each section one time with olive oil or an olive oil and herb mixture.

4. Place meat mixture in the middle of each pizza crust section and then fold over and crimp edges with a fork. Place on cookie sheet and place in oven to bake until golden brown. Serve alone or with your favorite dipping sauce.
