Chocolate Caramel Brownie Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 3 yellow bananas
  • brownies, your favorite recipe
  • Ande's Chocolate Caramel Balls
  • chocolate and caramel syrup

Preparation

  1. In heavy bottom sauce pan add flour and sugar and stir for two minutes.  Add milk, eggs and vanilla extract.  Cook and stir until thick.  If desired thickness is not reached, add small amounts of slurry (cornstarch and water).  Set aside.
  2. Place wafers in bottom and around edge of pie dish.  Add on layer of sliced bananas. Top with pudding.  Cut brownies into one inch squares and place around top of pudding.  Sprinkle with caramel balls and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce.  Serve or chill for 30 minutes
