Italian Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 28 ounce can Urban Chefs Diced Tomatoes drained or 2 14.5 cans Urban Chefs Diced Tomatoes drained
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredient and toss to combine.
  2. Let stand at lease 30 minutes before serving.
