Making your own mayo is easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 ml LEMON FRESH lemon juice
  • 2 tsp LEMON FRESH lemons zest
  • 1 cup canola oil

  1. Mix ingredients in kitchen mixer.
