Lemon Parmesan Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 50 ml LEMON FRESH lemon juice
  • 3.5 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 7 oz mayonnaise
  • salt & pepper

(Note 1 ml = ¼ teaspoon) For more equivalents, visit Science of Cooking

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. If too thick add a little water or milk. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Tastes even better when chilled over night.
