- 50 ml LEMON FRESH lemon juice
- 3.5 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 7 oz mayonnaise
- salt & pepper

- Mix all ingredients together. If too thick add a little water or milk. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Tastes even better when chilled over night.
