Lemon Salmon Marinade

Ingredients

  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 50 ml LEMON FRESH lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and marinate fish 1/2 hour or more before grilling.
