Savory Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 pound whole cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • ½ cup granulated sugar


In medium sauce pot add cranberries, butter, cinnamon, allspice, garlic, onion powder, salt, rosemary and sugar.  Cover with water and bring to boil.  Cook over medium heat until cranberries pop.  Ladle over fried turkey breast and serve.
