  • Fresh ginger root adds zing to this smoothie that’s extra frothy thanks to the addition of soy milk.
  • 1 cup frozen whole unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 (8-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, with juice
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2  teaspoon grated ginger  


  1. In blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth.
