Ginger Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp honey dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 (6oz) salmon filets

Preparation

  1. Preheat George Foreman Grill
  2. In a small pot combine sugar, mustard, soy sauce honey & ginger, simmer for 4 - 5 min then turn off.
  3. Season salmon with pepper, I prefer cajun season, then place on grill (skin side down) for about 3 - 4 minutes.
  4. After salmon is cooked brush ginger glaze on and enjoy.
