2 cups sliced peaches, (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons apple jelly
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon mango vinegar (white vinegar is fine if you can’t find it)
1 tablespoon Tastic Spice, plus more
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 boneless pork chops (6-7 oz. each)


  1. In a small saucepan, combine the first six ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until jelly is melted. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  1. Sprinkle chops with Tastic Spice. Grill covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with sauce.
