Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, fresh
    olive oil
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse Brussels sprouts in strainer with cold water.  Cover with olive oil to replace moisture and let sit while garlic is minced.
  2. Cut Brussels sprouts halves.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil on over medium heat. Add garlic and let brown for 1 minute.  Add Brussels sprouts and pan roast on both sides.  Add salt to taste.
  4. Pan roast until sprouts are brown and edges are slightly crispy.  Remove from heat and serve hot.
