Pan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick Asian style sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut cauliflower into 1-inch-thick slices. In a large stainless steel mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.  Be careful not to break the cauliflower.

  2. In a large cast iron skillet, add olive oil and brown cauliflower for about 10 minutes on both sides on medium high heat adding salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot or at room temp.
