Parmesan Creole Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen wedge potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped fine

Preparation

  • Prepare potatoes according to oven directions on package.  When done, in a large skillet, heat oil.  Add seasoning and potatoes and toss well.  Remove from heat and toss in cheese and parsley.  Serve warm.
