Divalicious Wines: Which Diva Are You?

Hey ladies, this Pairing Weekly is especially for you.   We love wine that speaks to who we are or at least channels our inner spirit.   For all of our stylish, fashion-forward and sassy wine enthusiasts out there, Little Black Dress Wines are perfect for your next gathering with the girls, upcoming wedding and bachelorette parties and more.  A highlight during this year's award season, the winners may have already been called, but the celebration still continues.

Enjoy Divalicious wines that pair easily with cheese and chocolate.  The Divalicious White 2011 is a vivacious blend of pinot grigio and moscato with small hints of chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. Wow.  The delightful hints of white peach and bursts of acidity leads to a balanced finish.  The wine is said to “flirt with appetizers, seafood, or enjoyed alone as an aperitif.”

If you like pinot grigio, be sure to check out the Divalicious Pink Pinot Grigio 2012 that is an “intriguing blend” of pinot grigio, muscat, chardonnay and viognier.  Four of our favorite varietals.  For this one, the winemaker lets the grapes sit in their skin for a limited time which yield the beautiful shade of pink.  Designed to satisfy America’s love affair with pinot grigio, the wine is poised to win over the hearts and taste buds of wine lovers everywhere.

Lastly, the Divalicious Red 2010 is a smooth and alluring blend of cabernet sauvignon, carignan and petite sirah with small amounts of zinfandel, tannat and mourvedre, garnache and malbec. Now that is a red blend out of this world.   The personality is full of ripe red berries, black cherries and floral notes.  This well-rounded wine is said to flirt with spicy foods and hearty meat dishes.  If you are not a red wine drinker, this one will have you reconsidering.  Definitely one of our new favorites for this year.

The fun doesn't stop with just these three.  There are 5 more blends and all are available nationwide and each retails for $11.00.  Go to Facebook for great chocolate and cheese pairings and online to www.lbdwines.com to order all eight today.
