Since completing its $3.5M renovation earlier this year, Le Méridien San Francisco is giving a whole new meaning to casual sophistication with its new Bar 333 cocktail experiences and Master Barista program.

Guests as well as those searching for a good cocktail and happy hour can celebrate the end of a work day or week with craft cocktails that include innovative and seasonal ingredients that lend to new concoctions each month.  Past cocktails have included the Banana Dream with pureed banana, Demerara syrup, Goslings Black Seal Rum and fresh pineapple; the Pepino y Chile with cucumber, serrano chile, hand squeezed lime and orange juices, agave nectar, Triple Sec, and Artenom Seleccion de 1580 Tequila; and mocktails like the Coconut Watermelon Refresher with coconut water, watermelon puree, fresh lime, mint and soda water.

For those who like a little bubbly, Le Méridien’s sparkling beverages offer a touch of sophistication with a modern twist. Prosecco is a favorite of ours and can be enjoyed in cocktails such as the Aperol + Raspberry Spritz made with Aperol, homemade raspberry and vanilla soda and prosecco and the Sparkling Raspberry Cooler with house-made ginger syrup, fresh raspberry and prosecco. Pair your drinks and evening with some of the restaurant’s top pleasers that include the Apple, Fennel and Watercress Salad, a giant meatball with three sauces and the selection of savory dips (roasted garlic hummus, lemon fufu and babaganoush).  To end the experience and evening, grab one of their coffee concoctions made by a trained Master Barista.
