Angry Ranch Dressing

Straight from the glass jar or in a recipe, DOUX SOUTH Angry Cukes will transform any experience from angry to amenable – often a benefit at family gatherings.

INGREDIENTS

1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup Dukes Mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, minced
3 Angry Cukes pickle slices
1 tablespoon chives, minced
1/2 teaspoon Angry Cukes brine
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup buttermilk (as needed for desired consistency)
dash of hot sauce to taste

PREPARATION
  1. Place all the ingredients in your food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Place in covered container in your fridge until ready for use. Should be used within three days.
  3. Pour over your fresh greens and enjoy.
