Sautéed Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

1/2 head cauliflower
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons McCormick Asian style sea salt or favorite seasoning
fresh ground black pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1.  Cut cauliflower into 1-inch-thick slices. In a large stainless-steel mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.  Be careful not to break the cauliflower.
  2. In a large cast iron skillet, brown cauliflower for about 15 minutes on both sides on medium-high heat. Serve hot or at room temp.

Tips & Notes

You can also roast in the oven with other vegetables.
