Summer entertaining and activities are in full swing and that includes an abundance of great summer foods.  At the top of the list, at least for us, would be a great selection of cheeses that we can enjoy with our favorite glass of wine.  For all of our cheese lovers out there, especially those who love cheeses that are soft, rich and creamy, one brand that you should definitely have on rotation is Fromager d’Affinois.

If you are a fan of Brie, then you are going to love Fromagerd’Affinois which are French double-cream cheeses made from cow’s milk.  Processed in only two weeks, the cheeses boast more protein and calcium than competitor as well as an edible rind.

Oozing with such creaminess, Fromager d’Affinois cheeses are available in plain and savory flavors of garlic and herbs, pepper, and bleu and also come with truffles to complement your favorite charcuterie, breads, or crackers.

Fromager d’Affinois is a little on the pricey side but the quality and taste more than  make up for it. Fromager d’Affinois plain is $15.99/lb., Fromager d’Affinois flavored (Pepper, Bleu, Garlic & Herb) and  Saint Angel are both $16.99/lb. and Fromager d’Affinois w/Truffles is $18.99/lb.  The cheeses ae available to specialty cheese shops as well as Whole Foods.
