Ouitikitoo cocktail by Adrian Lindsay

Combining Caribbean and Tikki bar cultures, this cocktail will remind you that “we tiki too.”

 INGREDIENTS
1.5 ounces Anteel Coconut Lime Blanco Tequila
1 ounce Ou-Oui Passion Fruit Liqueur
.5 ounce lime juice
.5 ounce orange juice
.75 ounce ginger syrup
.5 ounce pomegranate juice
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

PREPARATION

1. Shake everything except bitters and serve over crushed ice. Top with 3 or more dashes of bitters.
